Awooga! The Urban Dictionary defines the sound as ""a sign of excitement, happiness and an utterance of agreement.""

Awooga! The Urban Dictionary defines the sound as "a sign of excitement, happiness and an utterance of agreement." It's therefore also the perfect sound to sum up the Vapors night at The Wee Red Bar, which aims to satisfy with a mix of hip-hop beats, breaks and old-school electro. DJs include Fly T, one half of Edinburgh hip-hop producers Capital 1212, and Bob Disaster of old-school specialists Hypnotical Gases. They are also joined by the hilariously-named Mr Biscuits and producer The Goranasaur, as well as Snatch regular DJ Babes. So put on your biggest trainers, cover your wrists in bling and be prepared to be taken back to a time before innovation and creativity gave way to Diddy and Fiddy. Because Vapors is, as Mr Biscuits describes it, "the real funk power, Awooga! style". [Scott Ramage]
