Noodle - Admiral Bar - 14/03/08

This is probably the only chance you'll get to see such amazing talent for only a fiver.

The Admiral Bar has seen its fair share of new club nights, and with Noodle we're set to witness the birth of another one. Milton Jackson will be headlining Noodle on 14 March, bringing with him rapid-learner Affi Koman and the groove-riding Esamba. Affi Koman learned to DJ in only a few hours and, despite never really owning a set of decks, is in constant demand. Esamba is an afro-sporting South African DJ and percussionist. His energy is so infectious and his skills so solid that he landed a gig at Pressure supporting Richie Hawtin almost as he stepped off the plane. Headliner Jackson will be familiar to many Glasgow house and soul fans, at least any who aren't deaf or housebound. He's been released on Glasgow Underground and Tronicsole, and has played around the world, from Tokyo to Paris, from Barcelona to Poland. This is probably the only chance you'll get to see such amazing talent for only a fiver. You'd have to be really, really busy or be a fool to miss it.
