Thursday night in Glasgow gets a fresh start with the debut of EQd at the brand new V Club on Sauchiehall Street. Inspired in equal parts by New York’s loft parties, Berlin’s Berghain club and Glasgow's very own dance music institutions, the night promises a blend of disco, funk, house and techno to dance, drink and disgrace yourself to.
Featuring residents Bobby Wilson, Casix and Truman Data plus a host of guest DJs and the occasional live band, EQd aims to attract a regular crowd of discerning club-goers with its varied blend of music.
EQd launches on the 8th of January 2009 with free entry for the first 100 people and a very special party featuring the resident DJs and Optimo’s JD Twitch filling a guest slot.
