Head down to the Assembly Roxy for an extra special gig this Friday 16 May. Iconic Edinburgh-based synth-pop duo Maranta have been mainstays of the music scene for years now, from their visual club night extravaganza Microsteria – first premiered at Hidden Door 2022 – to their curated programme at Kelburn.
To mark the release of their debut album Day Long Dream, they are playing their last ever show ever (!!) before they part ways for good (!!!!), and it's set to be an unmissable one. and Inspired by electronic dreamscapes and pulsating dance floor rhythms, their long-awaited album sees the duo go out with a bang, their signature ethereal synths in tow. Alia Syed: The Ring in the Fish
