Swervedriver Line Up First Scottish Date in a Decade

It's true; shoegazing is a lifelong pursuit and it appears that the real OGs never stop staring at their shit-kickers. They just take many years off until such time as they know that comeback is going to be spectacular.

And the latest revivalists? Having recently enjoyed a successful stateside tour, Oxford’s Creation records spawned underdogs Swervedriver have announced their live return to Scotland at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut on the 18th of September. Add this to the resurfacing of the Jesus and Mary Chain and My Bloody Valentine in recent times and bookies might want to start taking odds on that Cocteau Twins reunion now.

Which begs the question: Is this 1991 all over again, now with the added bonus of internet and more global hypercolour merchandise than ever before?
