Fresh from the success of their recent Oran Mor craft show, next month Glasgow craft champions Made in the Shade are climbing into bed (no doubt one featuring nice cushions) with The Skinny! From early May, you’ll be able to read interviews with Scottish designers, vintage lifestyle features, indie shopping guides, and much more in an exclusive Made in the Shade blog right here on The Skinny website.

To celebrate this, The Skinny and Made in the Shade are throwing a free knees-up tomorrow night (16 April) at Macsorley's bar, Glasgow, featuring a drinks reception, live music, mingling, nibbling, toe-tapping and all round handmade loveliness.

The fun starts at 7pm and lasts right until midnight, with Glaswegian rockabilly trio The Meatmen and twisted country twosome The Dirt providing a live soundtrack to what ensures to be a fun night for you and all your chums.
