Stella McCartney is creating another collection of children’s clothes.

The fashion designer’s debut kids and babies line for Gap was so popular she has been asked to produce a spring collection, according to WWD. The new line will reportedly be in stores in March, 2010.

Stella, 38, recently admitted sons Miller, four, and 21-month-old Beckett and two-year-old daughter Bailey inspired her. She even turned to Miller for help when it came to finishing off the collection.

“When I was designing the boy’s stuff, I was debating whether to go for superheroes or pirates. My son Miller is really into superheroes, so I went for them,” she explained. “In fact, he helped me name the superhero logo I designed – he’s called Octocrade!”

Stella decided to create a line of basics as that is what she often opts for when dressing her family. She also made sure everything in the collection is machine washable, to ensure any spills can be quickly cleaned.
