The British heartthrob, who is 6ft 1ins, was attracted to women the same height as him, and had a huge crush on Patricia Arquette.

“I used to go for these tall Amazonian girls but now I like anything! My ultimate would have been Patricia Arquette in True Romance,” he says. “I have never met her before, but when you say you have a celebrity crush, you hope you don’t bump into someone and they’ve read it!”

Robert is rumoured to be dating his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart and has revealed he is now more interested in intelligence than good looks. Despite his status as one of the hottest stars in Hollywood, Robert claims he still struggles to get a date. “Now I don’t have a type,” the 23-year-old explained. “I like smart people like Tina Fey, she is the sexiest woman. I always thought I would get more girls after I got involved in movies. And it never, ever happened! I thought, ‘I’m going to be a big movie star and I want to go out with some models!’ ”
