Rihanna dating 90210 actor Tristan Wilds?

Rihanna has sparked rumours she is dating 90210 actor Tristan Wilds.

The stunning singer hosted a party at her Los Angeles home before she flew to London last weekend, and shocked guests by being “openly affectionate” with the handsome actor.

"No one knew why Tristan was there initially, because it was not an industry party - it was very intimate," a source told the New York Daily News newspaper. "But everyone quickly realised they weren't meeting for the first time, because they were openly affectionate for everyone to see."

It is believed Rihanna, 21, was introduced to 20-year-old Tristan – who is currently working on a solo album - by a music producer who has worked with both of them.

Rihanna’s closest friends are convinced the star is smitten with Tristan and think the pair are well matched. "He's a real gentleman," the source revealed. "She likes him a lot, and it shows. From the moment he walked into her party, Rihanna lit up.”

"They'll keep in touch while she's away," the source added. "They're already planning to use iChat and Skype to stay in contact until Tristan finishes shooting 90210 for the season and can fly out to meet her."

Rihanna is currently on the road promoting her new album, Rated R.
