Pete Wentz had "neon boogers"

Pete Wentz used to have “neon boogers”.

The Fall Out Boy rocker spent his school days spray-painting graffiti around his home town of Chicago. He enjoyed the illegal pastime, but loved what it did to his mucous even more.

The 30-year-old star wrote on his Twitter account: “I used to have neon boogers after spray-painting. So fun to pick!”

These days, Pete’s body is finding it harder to keep up with his rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle. He has been on tour in Australia, and found the jet lag and gruelling concert schedule extremely hard to cope with.

He posted: “I feel like my body got hacked today. All programs running slow. Reboot did nothing.”

Pete flew back to the US today. While he still feels “groggy”, his 11-month-old son Bronx – his first child with wife Ashlee Simpson – is thrilled to have him back. Pete is convinced the tot was more excited to see the enormous koala stuffed toy in his luggage than him.
