N-Dubz to create hat range

N-Dubz want to create their own hat range.

The hip-hop trio are obsessed with every kind of headwear, and are keen to design a personalised line. Tulisa, Dappy and Fazer own around 300 hats between them, and are convinced their collection could be a success.

“I think we will bring out our own range of hats,” Tulisa said. “Dappy has about 150 hats!”

If the group do become designers, Dappy has a long list of criteria each hat must meet.

“If you’re going to wear woolly hats, you’ve got to make sure that the shape is alright and that it’s crazy,” he said. “With N-Dubz hats, you’ve got to make sure one side is up and the strings are hanging down. Hats are very important. I feel naked without my hat on!”

When it comes to clothing, Tulisa says she is the most fashion-conscious member of the group. But she insists her style is not expensive, and can be easily copied.

“River Island is about as classy as I get,” she told Britain’s More magazine. “But otherwise I just go to little shops on the high street that sell nice things.”
