Lindsay Lohan is paranoid she can't trust anyone.

The 23-year-old actress has been left devastated by her father Michael Lohan's decision to leak personal tapes of her sobbing and discussing her private life. She is now concerned friends and close aides might turn on her.

"Lindsay is paranoid about every move she makes and doesn't feel like she can trust anyone, thanks to her father," a friend told the FOX 411 blog. "She has stopped leaving voice mails for friends and employees. Lindsay is terrified of everyone backstabbing her. This is the lowest her father has ever gone. She is furious!"

Michael insists he decided to release the recordings in a last bid to show Lindsay she needs professional help. He claims she is addicted to prescription medication and has been vocal about his desire to obtain conservatorship of her personal and professional affairs, as Britney Spears' father did following her meltdown.

Lindsay has consulted a lawyer about her father's claims. She is considering suing for defamation and is looking into obtaining a restraining order against Michael.

Yesterday, he released another tape, this time of Lindsay's mother Dina discussing her alleged problems with Michael. In the recording, Dina says: "She's really sad and really hurt and really despondent. She's been through a lot Michael, she's just a little girl. You don't even know what I'd go through trying to get her into, like, rehab and stuff - she'd punch me in the face, kick me out of the car - like you don't know the shit I went through trying to get her an intervention by myself. It was very difficult."

Lindsay claims she has no relationship with her father and that he is using the recordings to grab headlines.

Calling her father a "deadbeat dad", she wrote on Twitter: "Its so sad that I even have to share this w/everyone, but I haven't had a real relationship w/Michael Sr. in years. That is the truth. Xox. I just hope I can show others how to be strong through times and to be able to stand up for yourself and loved ones no matter what!

"Good news is, I haven't called him many times @ all-so, it will end sooner than later!!! Lol (sic)."

Michael hit back, saying in an interview: "I want to get her into a long-term rehab to get off the prescription medication and whatever else. Regardless of what people say to me, Lindsay is my first concern."

Lindsay also claims her mother is upset with herself for the situation. She wrote: "She blame herself for staying w/him for so long. I'd beg her not to leave b/c he always threatened to kill her if she did. after disappearing, then coming home after being gone for several days while cheating on my mother and abusing substances (sic)."

Michael has responded to the allegations, saying: "Lindsay is grasping at straws and when she gets angry she lashes out. I got my life back on track and I want her to get her life back on track."
