Kelly Osbourne worried about getting back on drugs

Kelly Osbourne fears she will start using drugs again once Dancing with the Stars ends.

The presenter has progressed to the finals of the US TV show, but fears she will be so depressed after the series has finished she will be tempted to relapse.

“When I’m busy and not left with me in my own head I’m fine. I worry about when the show stops – slipping back into negativity, drink and drugs,” Kelly told Britain’s The Sun newspaper. “I’m taking precautions so I won’t get in that position. My life when I drink is so dark and miserable.”

Kelly has been in rehab four times - most recently in January – and says she finally cleaned up her life earlier this year after accepting she needed help.

“Everybody has their own journey and path in life and you can’t choose theirs for them, but you can give guidance. I’m not a preacher but if I can share my experiences with someone, I will,” she explained. “But people won’t get sober or clean unless they want to.”

The 25-year-old star doesn’t miss drinking alcohol when she parties with her friends and insists she doesn’t need to be intoxicated to have a good time. She added: “People get drunk and they think they’re having the time of their lives, but they could have just as much fun if they were sober.

“If most people asked themselves why they drank, they probably wouldn’t have an answer.”
