Kellan Lutz wants to be Matt Damon

Kellan Lutz has revealed he wishes he was Matt Damon.

The 24-year-old actor shot to fame when he appeared in supernatural drama Twilight, but would much rather star in action films. When the vampire saga is complete, Kellan has his sights set on Damon’s Bourne Identity franchise.

“I have a great team and we’re really focused on me becoming that new action hero,” he said. “I want to be Matt Damon. I want to be Jason Bourne and take over that franchise. I love doing stunts and shooting guns and doing fight scenes.”

But if Kellan has action star ambitions, he will need to be more disciplined when it comes to dieting and working out. Though he boasts a muscular physique, he denies being a “workout fiend”, insisting he rarely exercises.

“I go to the gym maybe once or twice a week for 45 minutes,” he told E! News. “I hate running. I eat whatever I want. I eat pizza all the time. I have a candy drawer.”
