Heidi Klum "has the goods"

Heidi Klum takes care of feeding her new baby because she "has the goods".

The model is feeling tired nursing one-month-old daughter Lou, and wishes her musician husband Seal - with who she raises three other children - could help look after her at night.

"I have the goods right here," Heidi laughed. "I wish I could say 'Here baby, do that now,' but I do that!"

Heidi is due to host the annual Victoria's Secrets Fashion show in New York next month, but insists she doesn't feel pressurised to snap back into shape. In 2006, she famously took part in the fashion extravaganza just two months after giving birth. She added she has no special secret to dropping her pregnancy pounds, but does exercise by walking up and down her drive.

"I wouldn't say I'm back in shape yet. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one," she told Celebrity Baby Blog. "I think that if you wait too long and it sticks there it stays that way forever. I have to be motivated.

"When you have three children and two boys, they're very active because they want to do a lot of things. But when you breastfeed, when you eat right, you move around a little bit, that usually does the job."

Seal has also spoken about the new arrival, revealing he is amazed at how much he loves her. He admits he didn't know how he would cope with looking after a fourth child, but all his worries melted away when he held Lou for the first time.

"It's a funny thing, having another child, because you have three kids who you love dearly and you think to yourself how could you possibly find any more love to give anyone else," he explained. "Sleep deprivation is kind of pretty much neutralised by what I call the amnesia gene. They look at you and you forget that when you have more kids."
