Dolly Parton, the first lady of country and blues, should be doing the backing vocals on this, the first single pulled from The Basement's debut album 'Illicit Hugs & Playground Thugs'. Lead singer John Mullin is like a countrified Shane MacGowan but with his teeth and brain cells intact. John sings with a thick drawl, his Northern Irish twang discernable.
