You may recognise these two from their appearances on the Mighty Boosh as the band Kraftwerk Orange (in series one) and as sexy goths (in series two). This single is not as good as the Boosh song that goes "I Am Electro Boy, I am Electro Girl" but it's fun, sounding like an electro Elastica covering Siouxsie and the Banshees, and features many other impeccable references both musically and lyrically (Hatful of Hollow and Pretty Vacant are namedropped). If you are tired of people appropriating the 80s you'll have little time for it but I Look forward to their version of the Transformers theme tune. [Milo McLaughlin]
