Red Hot Chili Peppers - Hump De Bump

Hump De Bump is the fifth single to be lifted from the ambitious double album, Stadium Arcadium, and a rare step back in time to the band's previous incarnation as the world's premier funk party band. The slap bass is back and Anthony Keidis sounds like he's having the time of his life; Flea even has time to throw in a trumpet solo which layers up another old school sound. It's not going to win any new fans but may just reinvigorate the interest of a few older ones. [Garry Thomson]
