Formed in March 2016, Edinburgh band NOAH NOAH consist of guitarist and vocalist Fraser Fulton, bassist Neil Reynolds and drummer Rowan Wood.

Since the release of their debut single Lips last year, the three-piece have been busy with sessions for STV and BBC Radio Scotland, and appearances at the Meadows Festival, Audio Soup Festival, Fringe by the Sea and King Tut’s New Year’s Revolution. In their first year they’ve also shared stages with the likes of Idlewild, Model Aeroplanes, The LaFontaines and Jakil.

On 17 March, the trio released their second single Thick As Thieves, selling out their headline show a week later at Edinburgh’s Mash House. With a third single pegged for release this summer, NOAH NOAH aren’t slowing down anytime soon.

The Skinny are delighted to be premiering the music video for their latest single – Wood tells us: “We’re so excited to release the video for our brand new single – with a completely different style to our first video, Thick as Thieves gives an insight into the lives of a young couple and deals with the themes of love and loss. Despite its solemn mood, we had a lot of fun filming the video back in January, and couldn’t have asked for a better crew.”

Fulton continues: “[The video is] part one of a two-part, episodic film where we intend our next music video to lead on from where Thick As Thieves left off.

“The song deals with that well explored subject of love lost, but we wanted to try and write a song that while quite sad and nostalgic, also sounded positive. Myself and Neil (bassist) come from a background in acting and filmmaking so it has been really fun to work with some great actors and a brilliant director to bring this together. It was possibly one of the coldest days of the year, but we had an absolutely smashing time! Bring on part two!”
