Man Without Country – Remember the Bad Things (Video Premiere)

Welsh musician Ryan James, aka Man Without Country, has been relatively quiet the past few years following the release of his Maximum Entropy album in 2015 via Lost Balloon Recordings. At the end of 2017, though, he returned with double A-side single Lion Mind / Jaws of Life, and at the end of March he released his Remember the Bad Things EP via Killing Moon Records.

The EP’s eponymous lead single is straight from the Drive school of electronica; featuring prominent Norwegian producer and Snoop Dogg collaborator Ralph Myerz, it feels as perfect for a lazy summer’s day as it does for a late night road trip. Of the single, James tells us: "Remember the Bad Things simply questions the mind's tendency to flag negative memories as the most important ones. An evolutionary flaw which we have little control over."
