choke the last breath from the eighties influenced, electro-clash scene yet smear their angsty grease all over the set

Any band with a singer called Jasper are bound to appeal to the more rabid Skinny readers among you. Styled to the nines in clothes sourced from some eighties arcadia, White Rose Movement's highly sexed party tunes manage to flyposter the glitter-glam of Duran Duran to the heartfelt histrionics of Radiohead and Bloc Party. Great fun, camp in a butch kind of way and dripping in grimy London glamour, White Rose Movement choke the last breath from the eighties influenced, electro-clash scene yet smear their angsty grease all over the set. A great band, perfect for dull bedsits or glamorous nightclubs, WRM are the perfect dance band for hip misanthropists. [Rosie Capona]
