Dillinger Escape Plan @ The Garage, 29 Oct

Article by Jason Morton | 24 Sep 2010

Boasting one of the best-reviewed heavy metal albums of 2010 and a name synonymous with the mathcore subgenre, Dillinger Escape Plan will come packing a notoriously raucous live show when they return to The Garage this October. While DEP's output has been known for years as being characterised by breakneck speed, off-kilter beats and constantly shifting time signatures, one thing has remained the same: A blistering assault of the senses for those exposed.

But who knows, with a couple down-tempo tracks on Option Paralysis, maybe concert-goers will get to see Greg Puciato croon a few ballads at The Garage. Joining in the chaos will be Sheffield devastators Rolo Tomassi, a threat in their own right. [Jason Morton]
