We take a look at the first full-length trailer for the Transformers spin-off Bumblebee, where an Iron Giant bee takes on a secret mission to Earth
Following 2017’s The Last Knight, Bumblebee (the sixth film in the Transformers series, but a prequel to the first five films) is arriving on the big screen just before Christmas. Unlike previous Transformers installments, it won't be Michael Bay behind the camera. Travis Knight, director of stop-motion animation Kubo and the Two Strings, takes the reins, with Bay among the producers.
Transporting us back to 1987, the film follows Bumblebee as he takes on a secret mission to Earth following orders from Optimus Prime, but with Decepticons and Agent Burns (Played by John Cena) on his back, believing that Bee is a criminal that has escaped from Cybertron. On Bee’s journey, he meets teenage girl Charlie (Played by Hailee Steinfeld), who befriends the yellow VW Beetle and ends up on his adventure.
Pamela Adlon, Stephen Schneider, Jorge Lendeborg Jr, Jason Drucker, Kenneth Choi, Ricardo Hoyos, Abby Quinn, Rachel Crow and Grace Dzienny also star in the film.

Bumblebee is due for release on 21 December
