Robin Williams stars in the would-be comedy turned marital nightmare, License to Wed, directed by Ken Kwapis (The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants). Before Ben (Krasinski) and Sadie (Moore) decide to tie the knot, they must first seek the spiritual counsel of Sadie's childhood reverend, Father Frank (Williams). The unconventional Father forces Ben and Sadie to pass his "marital test" before he will provide his blessing. Predictably, a series of cracks begin to develop in the happy couple's relationship, but don't worry, as an audience you will be too bored to care. Moore is pretty useless as the shallow Sadie, while Krasinski (obviously paying his cinematic dues here) does his best with truly inane dialogue, but Williams' performance is as dated and as stale as year-old wedding cake. Don't get your license, elope instead. [Megan Garriock]
