Australian psych-rock group Tame Impala are set to headline this year's Citadel Festival, taking place on Sunday 15 July in its new location of Gunnersby Park, London.

The performance will be a UK exclusive, marking Kevin Parker and co's first show in London since February 2016, when they sold out two dates at Alexandra Palace. The band's popularity has continued to rise year upon year, with their latest album, 2015's Currents, cementing them as one of the biggest bands in the world.

Now in its fourth year, Citadel Festival will relocate from its usual spot in East London's Victoria Park and head West to Gunnersby Park for the first time this summer. The multi-arts festival also includes theatre, arts, talks and workshops, as well as its musical programme. Last year's line-up included musical performances from the likes of Foals, Laura Marling and Sylvan Esso, stand up comedy from Shappi Khorsandi and Dane Baptiste and fitness classes from House of Voga and Lovercise
