Birmingham's Supersonic Festival (30-31 May) is running for 2 days this year under a new name – Supersonic Ltd Edt. It will take place at Birmingham's The Custard Factory. Heading up the bill are Michael Gira's Swans, alongside Matmos, Wolf Eyes, Sleaford Mods, Basic House, and Jenny Hval. More names will be announced – have a look at the Supersonic website for more details.

The EXIT Festival (10-13 Jul) in Serbia is back for its 15th year, and this week they announced their first wave of acts, confirming an appearance from Disclosure with their new Wild Life live experience, which sees them playing live, and also showcasing performers by whom they they have been influenced. At EXIT, they'll be welcoming Carl Craig and Green Velvet, and Dusky and Paul Woolford, both playing back to back, as well as Jackmaster and Oneman's Can You Dance! More names will be added as the event approaches, keep your eye on the EXIT site for details.

Poland's Open'er Festival (2-5 Jul) have added a few more names to their bill – first up, New York post-punk luminaries Interpol will be joining the headliners. Also added to the bill this week are pop trio Haim, and Nicolas Jaar and Dave Harrington's Darkside. They join already-announced acts Foals, Pearl Jam, The Black Keys and more. Details and tickets here.

Back in the UK, Oxford's Truck Fest (18-19 Jul) – which, as we pointed out last year, is no relation to Truckfest, and has nothing to do with trucks – will be welcoming headliners The Cribs and White Lies. Joining them on the bill are Los Campesinos!, Peace, Stornoway, Swim Deep, Andrew WK, Kids In Glass Houses and more. More names will no doubt be added as the dates approach – see the full lineup announced so far and book tickets here.
