Tramlines Festival (25-27 Jul) in Sheffield have booked a good mix of slick electronic music and pop and indie fare, with appearances from Gold Panda, The Gaslamp Killer, Jonwayne, Toddla T, and Benji B, alongside Katy B, The Wedding Present, Deap Vally, The Cribs, Levon Vincent, Moxie, Shy Nature and others. Details and tickets here.

The Reading and Leeds (22-24 Aug) Festivals have announced more headliners – Arctic Monekys join the bill, along with a wave of main stage acts including Warpaint, The 1975, Courteneers, You Me At Six, SBTRKT, Architects, Issues, Pusha T, and Royal Blood, among others. They join the already-announced likes of Blink 182, Metronomy and Disclosure. Details and tickets for Reading here and Leeds here.

A bit further afield, Poland's OFF Festival (1-3 Aug), which takes place in the idyllic rural surrounds of Katowice, are going to be welcoming Jeff Mangum's Neutral Milk Hotel, art-noise legend Glenn Branca and his orchestra, and a wealth of electronic talent beginning with James Holden, Fuck Buttons and Perfume Genius, not to mention Oranssi Pazuzu, Finland's so-called "Hawkwind of black metal." Details and tickets here.

Sticking with metal, Damnation Festival (1 Nov), the one-day festival which takes over Leeds University's student union, will be welcoming Bolt Thrower as their headliners – it's reported to be their last gig for the forseeable future, and it's also the 10th anniversary of the festival, so this one should be pretty special.
