It’s that time of year again where fashion enthusiasts all over Scotland flock to Glasgow to feast their eyes on the newest designers and modelling talent to emerge in the Scottish fashion scene. Yes ladies and gentlemen, Nightwalk returns to The Arches, Glasgow on Wednesday 21 May, and is set to be just a little different to previous years...

This year Nightwalk will experience its first ‘Frow’ (front row) with the addition of seating in the venue for selected guests to watch the show from. This of course is a very exciting aspect and is only leading to speculation of who may be sighted here and what Scottish fashion royalty we could be rubbing shoulders with!

In addition to this, Nightwalk Events have teamed up with Mallzee shopping app who will be covering the event from backstage on the night and interviewing the designers individually prior to the show. So for all the details and backstage gossip, get Mallzee downloaded. It’s guaranteed that this app will be the only reason you will be checking your phone on the night.

The designers that have already been announced to showcase their SS14 collections on the night are an eclectic and versatile mix. From Edinburgh-based men’s underwear brand Cahoonas, to Ruth A Morrison (‘Designer of the Year’ winner at the 2014 Variety Awards), the evening promises to entertain. Other designers already announced also include Glasgow based brands NLM Design, whose collections can already be found and purchased on ASOS Marketplace and G69 Clothing, Betty Spoke, and Nonchalant, as well as promising young graduate Carolyn Edmondson. One of the biggest nights on the Scottish fashion scene -  this is one event not to be missed.
