December Events: Glisten!

Glisten! is an alternative Christmas shopping event that will be taking place in Edinburgh this festive season. The six-day Christmas market will feature over forty talented independent designer makers, who will be showcasing and selling everything from jewellery to vintage garments, eco-friendly goods, and textiles and glass. Also available will be home-grown produce, specialist vinyl, books and much more.

A marquee will house the designers, and will be decorated with willow and paper lanterns made by local schoolchildren with the help of the artist Kate Mackay from Alchemy Arts. Free craft workshops for children will be taking place throughout the course of the event.
