Ali Love - Late Night Session

Aiming to spread the love through music, this release is a mixture of pop, disco and funk

Late Night Session is the second single from Ali Love's debut album Love Music. Aiming to spread the love through music, this release is a mixture of pop, disco and funk, with catchy vocals talking about dancing and romancing in a post-club/after-party style. This track is based on certain times when his bedroom turned into a VIP area while running The Rocks club in a basement in London (Ali's flat was above the club), so he knows what he's talking about. While not exactly breaking new ground, this is a memorable tune which is sure to get those chart-house heads up on the dancefloor. Supafly's remix is definitely worth a listen, and perhaps better than the original – a speeded up version with thumping bassline and funky house beat. [Karen Taggart]
