Poker Flat's Martin Landsky - with line-ups of this quality OTR will ensure that they remain a force to be reckoned with in Glasgow's brimming techno scene

The onset of March brings with it the latest Germanic import to the Soundhaus in the shape of Berlin based tech-house DJ Martin Landsky, of the mighty Poker Flat label. Usually seen residing in the darker recesses of legendary techno spots such as Tresor and Casino, Landsky makes his Scottish debut this month heading an Off The Record bill that's sure to have the crowd moving to his myriad of deep and mysterious styles. Spanning a cross section of electronic music, the Berlin DJ has been known to spin everything from stripped down house through to electro-edged techno and trippy sonic experimentation - Landsky is sure to provide something for everyone. As a label mate of Trentemoller and Steve Bug on the Poker Flat imprint, Landsky has gained a solid reputation on the scene with remix work for the likes of Detroit Grand Pubahs, Garcy Noise and Patrick Chardronnet showcasing the diversity of his talent. With a 5am curfew to boot, Landsky's certain to pull out all the stops. Support on the night comes courtesy of OTR residents Jon, Craig, Miles and Ronin who can be relied upon to keep it interesting with their seemingly bottomless boxes of techno and all things 4/4. Through at the bar Beatronic will be playing out soul, funk, nu-jazz and hip-hop to keep feet moving well into the early hours. OTR have a big year ahead of them and with line-ups of this quality they'll ensure that they remain a force to be reckoned with in Glasgow's brimming techno scene. [Robbie Thomson]
