elrow announce Edinburgh Halloween line-up

elrow's first show in Edinburgh is a big one – an all-day Halloween party at the Royal Highland Centre on 28 Oct – and the Barcelona party planners have revealed details of the DJ line-up. Canadian producer Jonny White, aka Art Department, headlines Room 1 of the Haunted House, and he's joined by house mainstay Richy Ahmed. Also on the bill are Australian sensation Mall Grab, The 2 Bears (Raf Rundell and Hot Chip's Joe Goddard), Butch, Santé, Toni Varga, Marc Maya, Eddy M, Alex Potts and Ion Pananides. There's also a B2B-shaped gap at the top of the bill, with a pair of very special guests to head the line-up set to be announced shortly.

The event will showcase elrow's unique production style, with immersive stage design, roving performers and theatrical elements all key parts of the experience. For Edinburgh, elrow promise a roving cast of spooky characters and some suitably frightening production tricks (the stage, for example, is a full-size haunted house). Founded in 2010 by Cruz and Juan Arnau Lasierra in Barcelona, elrow have taken the world by storm with their circus-inspired parties themed on everything from the Olympics to the carnivals of Brazil.
