Voltaire and Rousseau is a delightfully grand name for a shop that essentially displays their stock in great tottering piles across the floor. Specialising in rare and second hand books, it’s a brilliant place to pick up cheap reads, rare finds and old Uni course books. Be warned, though, stock is not catalogued, so it isn't a particularly good place to grab a specific book if you're in a hurry. However, if you’ve time to rootle it’s a book worms dream – and that's the real charm of it in our eyes.
