Caffeine & Co. is somewhere that takes what they’re doing seriously, striving to bring the best coffee and food to their customers. Located on the ground floor of the old Granada TV headquarters, the team behind the cafe use locally sourced ingredients to create their products. Using traditional methods to make their food, everything they sell is made on site by the staff in their bakery and kitchen. You’re unlikely to find fresher food than in here, and due to the nature of the food-making process, the menu changes regularly, but expect to find a variety of soup, sandwiches, salads and stews — standard cafe food, really, but done with much more care for their customers and local suppliers. The team bake their own sourdough and focaccia breads daily, as well as cakes which avoid any artificial ingredients where possible, and they even make their own chocolates to go with their locally sourced coffee.
