Blue Brick Club

Tucked in between two staples of Manchester’s Northern Quarter — Dry Bar and Night And Day Cafe — is a new cocktail bar. What used to be Dry Live is now a basement bar serving creative cocktails, craft beers, ciders, imported whiskeys and wine. Blue Brick Club is ideal for post-work drinks throughout the week, or for a full on night out at the weekend when it stays open late and DJs spin tunes until the early hours. The spacious basement is modern and laid back with an industrial decor — the bright orange columns were painted with the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge in mind, and their mismatched furniture was all reclaimed and reupholstered. Between 5pm and 8pm every day you’ll be able to get two cocktails for £10, and the bar also offer cocktail masterclasses so you can learn how to create your favourite drinks from the menu.
