Reflex Glasgow

Reflex is one of the few – in fact, possibly the only – bars in Glasgow city centre where you and your mother could be expected to have an equally good time.

Playing nothing but cheesy hits from the 80s to the 00s, it's a nostalgic haven – whether you were born by the 80s or not. Disco lights catch the glitter which adorns pretty much everything, all under the watchful eyes of Mr T, Madonna and other icons from our favourite decade plastered across every wall. 

As you can imagine, this kind of place attracts certain crowds, and your night is not complete until you see at least one hen party, probably in full costume, doing the slosh. 

Reflex is open Thursday through Saturday nights, with Thursdays being karaoke nights. They run a bunch of drink promos too, so you're guaranteed cheap drinks and cheesy tunes right through until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays; not bad considering it's within minutes of city centre bus stops and taxi ranks.
