The Law of Materials

Taking its theme from the essay 'Material As Metaphor' by Anni Albers, this exhibition focuses on supporting early career artists while exploring what it means to make art, who it speaks to and how materials guide ideas. Artists working predominantly in print but also ceramics, sculpture & textiles will show alongside each other in a celebration of 'including others in that life that is invisible and intangible'. Exhibiting artists include Euphrosyne Andrews, Rushka Gray, Elle Elks Herrmannsen, Gabriele Jogelaite, Hannah Moitt, Lilian Ptacek and Grace Woodcock.
