SoLIta

This Northern Quarter based restaurant is much-loved for its America-inspired menu. The restaurant itself boasts an indoor barbecue and a charcoal oven, and they even have outdoor seating just across the road. There's more than enough choice on SoLIta's menu - you'll want to come back again and again just to sample more of their food. There's wings, fish dishes, steak, and more, but it's their burgers that have really earned SoLIta a reputation. Perhaps their most well known dish is The Big Manc - a £15 burger complete with two 6oz steak patties and stuffed with toppings.
