13th Note

An irrepressible Glasgow institution, The 13th Note is a beaten-up or ‘well-loved’ indie basement bar, exhibition space and gig venue. They also house an incredible vegan cafe upstairs, whose Cajan-spiced fries are to die for. However, where The 13th Note really comes into its own is as an invaluable supporter of the Glasgow music scene. As well as a variety of acts ranging from up-and-coming to established, 'the Note' (as it's affectionately called) also provides a space for the locals to cut their teeth live and to maybe, just maybe be immortalised in its formidable jukebox. Arguably one the best gig venues in Scotland.
