Housed on the corner of Glasgow's Trongate, Maggie Mays is a bar, restaurant, gig venue and nightclub all rolled into one. It's also somewhat of a music lover’s venue, with live music upstairs in the bar courtesy of the much-loved resident band, Glasgow's own Meat Men, plus an excellently equipped gig space in the basement and some of Glasgow's best DJs hosting indie rock'n'roll club nights. You can even test your rock'n'roll knowledge when drinking their cocktails, as every cocktail is named after a song. Upstairs, their restaurant caters for all occasions, whether you’re after a three course meal from their seasonal market menu or just grabbing a burger in the bar. They even serve deep fried mars bars! The central bar offers plenty of draft beer and the wide range of carefully selected spirits reaches to the ceiling. With cheap drinks promos and the bar open til 3am seven nights a week, Maggie Mays is always a-rockin'.
