SWG3

Located in an archway by the motorway in Glasgow's West End, SWG3 aka the Studio Warehouse houses artists' studios, a gallery, a gig venue, an occasional bar, launch parties, mini-festivals and much more besides. The exhibitions are almost always innovative, engaging and worth a look, and a studio there is swift becoming the holy grail of post-graduate locations. Since it opened grassroots galleries have mushroomed in the surrounding arches, making a stroll down Eastvale Place a must for the curious art aficionado.

  Otherworldly electronic muso Umberto (aka Matt Hill) provides a live soundtrack to a secret film of his choosing. Part of Glasgow Film Festival.
