I booked my 30 th party at Byblos club. I had everything planned, asked all the right questions about kids being allowed in. I wanted to celebrate with all my friends and family.

I was assured that kids would be allowed in until 11pm and that the room I had hired, was available until 3am.

When the night came, I arrived with my family and was told that kids were not allowed in after 8! We were also thrown out the room at 11pm, my decorations were torn off the wall. We weren't allowed in for jackets and were told that we would have to come back on Monday for any belogings left behind.

Unfortunately, It was a manager I booked with, so what chance do you have when a manager doesn't know his licensing laws!

Some of the bouncers were also very aggressive.

A lovely room, but unfortunately their managerial capability leaves alot to be desired. He couldn't run a bath!

Me and my friend both had our 21st birthday parties on separate occasions in Byblos and they went really well. We had booked them for a saturday night and was told the room would be opened up for its regular clientele at 11pm. To be fair it was a Saturday night. Besides this my party invited to stay in the club for the rest of the night and we had a great night.
So if you are thinking of Byblos for your private party I would ignore the above comments and go for it, both our parties went really well and the staff were nice too. The Dj was also very good, music was great and he helped me with my birthday speech. Good place for a party or a night out in my opinion.
