Beer, music and food – that most holy of trinities – come together for the Independent Manchester Beer Convention (or Indy Man Beer Con), where you'll be able to sup on the boozy fruits of more than 50 breweries.

Along with bevs from The North and across the globe, you'll find a full curated line-up of street food and schnacks with Bundobust (coming soon to Manny!), burgers on 'roids from Almost Famous, A-grade pizza from Honest Crust, sterling vegan work by Mother May I, seafood bites from Holy Crab, Epicerie Ludo's cheese and charcuterie plates – get one of these guys if it's the last thing you do – and many, many more. You ain't going hungry, pal.

You'll also be looked after musically throughout by a roster of DJs and live acts including Aficionado, SMS, So Flute, Jeff O'Toole, Oi Polloi lot Pica~Sounds, Irma Vep and Francis Lung.
