Maryland-formed post-rock legends Trans Am have been added to the line-up for Fat Out Fest later this year, as have murky techno producer Greg Beato, percussionist/producer Sarathy Korwar and This Heat's Charles Hayward, playing a set of his piano songs.

Fat Out also welcomes a plethora of new and innovative artists to the festival, including (deep breath) multimedia project Moonseer, Lyon-based violinist Agathe Max, sludge quartet Rainbow Grave, Ono Records' Dispilio, ambient glitch artist Yr Lovely Dead Moon and industrial-influenced noisemakers Bad Body.

Collaborative curators The Basilica, Le Guess Who and Baba Yaga's Hut have also added Alexandra Duvekot & The Plant Orchestra, Ecka Mordecai, Sam Weaver and ILL to the bill.

Now in its fourth edition, the festival takes place between 14-16 April 2017 in the warehouse spaces of Islington Mill, Caustic Coastal and Regents Trading 5. The Bug & Dylan Carson, Part Chimp and Blood Sport are among those already confirmed – tickets are available here.
