SxSW 2014: Prides live session – Cold Blooded

Following up on our recent session with Scottish synth-pop trio Prides at SxSW, we present another session track recorded on a porch in Austin, this time a live version of their track Cold Blooded. Glasgow lads Stewart Brock (piano, lead vocals), Callum Wiseman (guitar, piano, vocals) and Lewis Gardner (drums), released their debut EP proper, Messiah, at the end of last month.

Gaining a loyal following with their mix of infectious hooks, cascading pianos and synths and complex, understated rhythms, Prides look set to follow the likes of CHVRCHES and Young Fathers into wider awareness following their blistering set at the Showcasing Scotland event at this year's SxSW.
