Long Division festival announces 2016 line-up

A clutch of new acts have been confirmed for this year's Long Division festival in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Brotherly duo Field Music and post-punk pioneers Gang of Four lead the line-up, joining the already-confirmed Bis, Welsh indie-pop collective Los Campesinos! and resurgent Rock Action Records trio De Rosa. Elsewhere on the bill will be sets from Brix & The Extricated – comprising former members of The Fall – alt-pop outfit Kid Canaveral, former Delgados guitarist Emma Pollock and Malcom Middleton, whose Miaoux Miaoux-produced new album is out this May. 

Long Division takes place at multiple venues across Wakefield from 10-12 June; read the full line-up below.
