Run The Jewels, Arab Strap join Field Day line-up

Killer Mike and El-P headline the festival's Eat Your Own Ears stage, with Lady Leshurr and Thee Oh Sees also joining the bill

Run The Jewels and Arab Strap are among a host of bands added to the bill for this year's Field Day festival in London's Victoria Park in June. RTJ join the mercurial Aphex Twin at the top of the Field Day bill, while Aidan Moffat and Malcolm Middleton return following a string of sold-out 20th anniversary shows last October. Also new to the line-up are garage rock titans Thee Oh Sees, Lost Map records supremo The Pictish Trail, grime ace Lady Leshurr, hip-hop producer Clams Casino and the BEAK> project of Portishead's Geoff Barrow.

They join an eclectic line-up which includes industrial rap outfit Death Grips, Australian songwriter Julia Jacklin, Syrian dabke musician Omar Souleyman, shoegaze pioneers Slowdive and Stranger Things soundtrackers S U R V I V E. Read the full Field Day 2017 line-up below.
