Kanpai

Kanpai, or 'bottoms up!' as it literally translates, provides top quality Japanese cuisine and service in its stylish restaurant on Edinburgh's Grindlay Street. You can watch your sushi being prepped as is traditional from the open kitchen counter, or take a seat further down in the light, airy restaurant. It’s a quality, minimal menu complemented as is only right by the inclusion of plenty of sake. Glug.
