The Biscuit Factory

The Biscuit Factory on Anderson Place had lain empty and unloved for eight years until it was taken over by the team who brought you the much-maligned Framed gallery on Gayfield Square. After moving on from that abrupt closure, they've opened The Biscuit Factory hoping everyone's forgotten what happened last time.

Nestled in an industrial estate between Bonnington Road and Pitt St, The Biscuit Factory is difficult to get to and even harder to leave. Quite literally. Emerging at 3am or 5am or whenever they close the bar, you'll quickly find you're in the middle of nowhere and there aren't any taxis. 

It's still got that gritty 'unheated warehouse' vibe about it, and the team take an unusually fluid approach to customer relations. The Biscuit Factory is not for the faint-hearted – go to feel like you're at a warehouse party in Girls, leave in an ambulance getting shouted at by the venue manager.
