Black Bull Tavern
The Black Bull's been around since at least the 19th century, and used to be a popular hang out for hookers and sailors. Now it's more of a rock bar, that would be rock with a capital RAWK, Edinburgh's oldest so they claim. There's a good range of beers on tap and bottled, a well stocked juke box, and regular drinks promos. It's a friendly place, and offers a cosy retreat in the winter.
Open Mon-Sat 12pm-1am, Sun 12.30pm-1am
